Looking for US/Korea based Web Agency

Hi All,
for a current project our korean client is looking for a web agency
that could build a korean financial website based on the strategy
we're developing right now. Best would be if they have a US and Korean
(or at least asia-pacific) outlet to possibly sync with us and the
client. They should have experience in building multiple language
sites, but especially for the korean/japanese market. If you have any
leads or ideas let me know...

thanks,
Marcus

UX Design Process

I work in a small open-source software development team within a medical
informatics research group. Until last year, our development
methodologies had been haphazard -- there were only two or three of us
working in the same room, and we were devising our software's
requirements as needed. Now we have a substantial relationship with a
corporate partner, the group is growing rapidly, and we're implementing
more formal development workflows, lifecycles, and conventions.

As the "UI guy," I've taken it upon myself to devise a User Experience
Design Process.

Site-based save function research?

[apologies for cross-posting]

Has anyone implemented or done research on site-based save functions? This
can be anything where the user saves website information away to a
consolidated area tied to her account, like a wish list or a saved article
binder.

I'd be especially interested in quantitative research about usage levels,
best practices for design, and thinking around the kinds of things that
are most appropriate to have save functions associated with them.

Online Resource for progress indicators?

I'm doing the IA for a project that's measuring conservation progress
using a variety of metrics.

Does anyone have a good online resource for examples of various visual
indicators? Like Progress (over time, etc.) Percentages (what to be
done vs what is done), Timeliness (On time, Late, etc.)

Thanks,

[EVENT] Reminder: IxDA LA & HUGE present "Methodology Madness", Wednesday April 23, 7-9pm

Wow! Only 2 spots left - RSVP today!

*WHAT:*
*Methodology Madness!* A good methodology can help you organize your
thoughts and, ideally, help you design better products. However, with so
many methodology flavors out there, it can be a bit confusing. Goal-directed
design? Contextual design? Scenario-based design? It's madness! What are
the *real* differences between them anyway? More importantly, how
effectively can you use them where *you *work?
