Sunset Reviews?

I've recently come across this term in the context of Usability~ while I
understand what a sunset review is for government agencies; I don't know
what it means when applied to a web site.

My assumption would be temporary features that have a time limit, i.e.,
maybe a B page that runs temporarily, or a week long focus on some widget
the company wants to sell. Am I off track here? Oh, and the object of such a
review: usefulness, productivity, profitability, whatever applies?

TIA,

Margaret

searching within browse

Hello all,
I have a question about how to allow to display search results within
a browse categories page.

For example, an application offers both Search and Browse
capabilities. Both designed with pretty standard UI (eg. google search
and dmoz.org browse)

The Browse lists all parent categories and their children.Users can
drill down thru the category trees to view results.

Let's say a user clicks through to a secondary level category and
decides to search within that category.

At this point, would we show these results as being under Search or
under Browse?

Thank you,
Valerie

Silent failures with IxDA list

Prior to yesterday, I had attempted to post to the IxDA list three
times, without success. I tried both the email address in the footer:
