Interaction14 will be held in Amsterdam from 5 to 8 February 2014. Four days of presentations and workshops with unique opportunities to share your point of view and get inspired by stories from around the world!
Our art and craft are evolving with usage patterns and technological developments. Interaction Designers strive to create meaningful relationships between people and the products and services that they use, from computers to mobile devices to appliances and beyond. Our practices are evolving with the world!
Interaction14 in Amsterdam will be inspired by the multiple relationships and the emerging languages, offering an interaction design grammar for different contexts, from urban to mobile screens, from immersive to sensor-based environments.
Interaction14 will invite and seek inspiration from other areas of practice (like storytelling and food preparation), acknowledging that Interaction Design is a discipline at the intersection of many other, like Industrial Design, Ethnography, Experience Design and Visual Communication.

Academic Partners
The Utrecht School of the Arts and Delft University of Technology are the co-host design schools for Interaction14.
Utrecht School of the Arts is one of the largest art, design and technology oriented universities in Europe. In 1991, the school started the first the Interaction Design program in the Netherlands.
Delft University's MSc Program in Design for Interaction focuses on designing innovative and appropriate products and services by placing the key aspects of human-product interaction central in the design process.

Amsterdam
